We spent a great deal of time researching and seeking out the right source—someone with deep roots in the industry who truly understands the tradition, quality, and care behind this delicacy. That journey led us to Mr. Nasser Oktai in Iran, the birthplace of the world’s finest caviar.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Oktai is a highly respected figure in the field. His professionalism, honesty, and sharp eye for quality have given us the confidence to offer Blade & Razor Caviar with pride. Along the way, he’s also become a trusted friend—someone whose character we value as much as his expertise. Thanks to his guidance, we’re proud to bring our customers some of the finest caviar available anywhere. 
PATIENCE AND LEGACY: THE JOURNEY OF STURGEON FARMERS IN IRAN
Mr. Oktai, the master behind Blade & Razor Caviar, has dedicated his life to ensuring that every pearl we offer meets the highest standards of excellence. His instinct, precision, and care form the foundation of our craft. During my last visit to Iran, I spent time with several sturgeon farmers, and I was truly touched by the dedication they put into their work. It takes 8 to 12 years of constant care before they can harvest a single fish. In the first year alone, almost half of the fish die naturally, and even after that, there are endless challenges – disease, predators, and the harshness of nature itself. Yet, despite these hardships, the farmers continue with patience and hope, knowing that what they are nurturing is far greater than just a livelihood – it’s a tradition and a legacy.
